My son name is Viaan Agarwal, he is 5years and 3 months old.He is suffering from cough and runny nose, can I give relent cold

Mostly coughand cold is viral in origin So need to worry for that.if it is mild then no need of medication.if cold then give steam inhalation and nasal decongestant drop.if cough then give cough medicine as per the cough type(dry/wet)

Yes you can give to the child other than that also you can give ginger juice and honey mixture to this type three times in the day which is going to be quite helpful in introducing down cold and cough because the one you’re giving is for cold not for cough give both the medicine
