Q.
my son loves to drink tea than milk... sometimes he drinks milk but only half or even less goes in.. when I drink he always asks for it and will take more than milk... is it bad for the kid to drink tea... he doesn't like any other stuffs like Horlicks or any other health drink also... please clarify...

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. tea at this age is not good.. educate your toddler about advantage of drinking milk.
Replace plain milk with various dishes such as milkshakes and smoothies. Use of interesting straws or quirky mugs .
