#asktheexperts My son loosing hair and roughness on scalp and I visited a skin doctor and he suggested below medicines 1. Fenixa syrup 2.ZYDIP-C lotion and 3.Saldan shampoo. I am worried whether we can use them for 3 month baby. Please do suggest

A. It's called Cradle cap and it is a common, harmless condition in 3-month-old babies that causes yellow or white greasy, scaly patches on the scalp.. use coconut oil for hair massage and Johnson's Baby Shampoo it is effective for cradle cap because it's a mild cleanser that helps loosen and remove scales.

A. Hello my dear parent! There are chances that this can be a cradle cap issue, which is mostly find in the newborns in the first two years. I’m not sure about what kind of medication is advised by skin specialist, but it is always better to check with paediatrician in this matter.
