Q.
my son like almond milk... so can i give to my baby.. daily 3 times per day.. juz 300ml almond milk.. its means mrng 100ml almond milk, aftrn 100ml almond milk, night 100ml almond milk... is it good for health to my baby..

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear mom it is better to give 100ml to 150 ml of almond milk to the child once a day also include three proper healthy meals a day and keep adding variety and give all food group to the child now
