my son is vomitting nd having watery stool since morning.i have given him ondem for vomitting but no good sign of recovery.what to do help

A. whenever vomiting occurs in children you have to wait for 1 hour and then give syrup ondem 5ml to the child for vomiting and then again weight for 1 hour and then give only simple diet and do not give milk to the child
