Q.
My son is vomiting today morning Whatever is eating(ate kanji) vomit is coming whether we have to wait today or we can consult doctor

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. after 2 episodes of vomiting wait for one hour then give vomiting medicine (syp ondem/emeset) 5ml and then again wait for one hour and then give only easily digestible food.
do not give anything to eat in this 2hxr waiting period.
if vomiting occurs again then meet your doctor.
avoid giving milk and heavy diet.
vomit usually occurs due to gastritis

If it’s only with one kind of food food your child is vomiting then maybe the food is not suiting but if the vomiting is happening with whatever your child is eating even in the minimal quantity then in that case you should consult a doctor for further assessment
