my son is vomiting a lot by eating out side food.please help me to stop vomiting and keep him fine

Ondem you can give currently but if the child is constantly vomiting please do not ignore it can be associated with food poisoning and stomach infection both because I don’t know the outside food was so restaurant or from the side of the road because sometimes any food whether you even eat a five star it can lead to issues like that so you should check with your doctor also
