If Your child is eating well yet the way it is not increasing the body is not be coming as good as your child is eating then that’s a matter of concern and should be consulted with a paediatrician but if your child is eating well and having appropriate body then also it is very good you cannot make a child Chabi it completely is in the genes of the child
