my son is very lean and has very less hair growth... what should I do to increase his hair growth... he takes milk once, curd once , 1chapati 3 times.... n one or two fruits in a day....

A. give him more protein rich food .. with all seasonal fruits and vegetables. You can apply and do gentally massage the scalp with coconut oil, Castor oil , mustard oil, almond oil, seasome oil. Shampooing twice or thrice a week.
