my son is very active at home but at school he is very low n takes time to communicate with people how to help him to be open with other

I think this is just basic stranger anxiety that your child is having and probably which is why your child is taking time or hesitating in talking to the class or teacher or other kid so I think this is going to be better to do counselling for your child help your child to open up with other kids
