Q.
My son is two years and 5 months.He had cough and cold because of which got fever as well.. consulted doctor and she gave antibiotics for 5 days n cough cold syrup. Fever n cough was descending well .but on 7th day again he is coughing lik starting.. I am confused why he is coughing should I take him to doc again. fever is not there..Is this viral or climate.. I am not sure.please suggest

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. inhalation therapy for the baby in addition to the medicine cold and cough in the baby is due to viral infection sometimes can be allergies please give steam inhalation to liquefy the secretions saline drops in the nose for congestion nose

Maybe Tere some concession in the chest and throat of your child that is why this is still happening I suggest you to go ahead with nebulising as it will help in reducing down down and Jason Sey you can ask the doctor and that is what is going to give you better help
