My son is turning three in November.how can I plan his diet to improve his over all health,bone strength and immunity

A. Hello Add protein rich foods like milk, paneer, egg. pulses, Dal's curd Add vegetables, salads, fruits & nuts like Almond cashews walnuts in childs meals Make sure to avoid Biscuits waffers bakery products chips chocolates farsan sweets sugary drinks packaged foods
