my son is three months old, when I can start giving him A to Z drops.

A. not a must for all. for this query you can consult a nearby doctor who can advise you after a proper check up so that you can follow that is given by the doctor about the issue concerned .

A. hi you can give it as per your doctor's Prescription but personally I believe that,if a child is gaining enough weight, looks happy and active, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need of extra medicines
