my son is suffering with a Strep throat he is 8 years old and we tried for fever control at 103 temperature ( mefanamic with peracitmol ) But every 6 hours fever is getting repeated so since 2 days it is happening what should i do can i proceed with azithromycin with what ml? and how many should i use it? how i come to strep throat:- he is not having any cough or cold but he is getting pain while swallowed and fever is 103 degrees
