my son is suffering from motion from past 3 days onwards previously motion is in green colour and today it is in yellow colour he is dull and not eating food properly please suggest what to do

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl9 months agoA. Green colour normal to be seen with kids but if your child is having any kind of discomfort not eating or if it is a loose motion then then maybe a possibility of our stomach infection you can consult your doctor for further assistance
