my son is suffering from mild autism ... so what kind of diet should I follow or is there any kind of special nutrition that should be provided?

Hello mom try to give the child as far as possible , home made fresh and natural foods only, try to be away from packaged or ready mixes as much as possibe, certain diets may work or some may not, as studies have been that casein and gluten free diet helps, but still it hasnt proved, so that shows effects on behavior of the child
