Q.

My son is suffering from high fever of 102 degrees from today. As advised by doctor, giving him paracetamol 250mg 3 ml. I have given him twice with 5 hour gap. After giving paracetamol, the temperature decreased.But as the power of paracetamol decreases, his temperature increasesd again. Anything to worry here? is this a common behaviour?

A. yeah. mit is common. do check body temp timely and give syp pcm in every 4 to 6 hours. can also do tepid sponging in case of high grade temprature.
