Q.

can we give 250mg Paracetamol to 5 month 14 days baby girl,she is suffering high fever 101,102 . I am giving also paracetamol 100mg drops. But fever is not down.

A. yes you can give the syrup paracetamol as well as you can give the drops paracetamol but in both you have to adjust the dosage according to the weight of the child

A. paracetamol needs to be given according to the weight of the child and then it is adjusted according to the power of paracetamol you are having

A. we can give paracetamol sirup or not

A. there would be no difference between changing the paracetamol because the paracetamol is same so the next time you visit your doctor you can ask for higher medicines and also to body sponge
