my son is suffering from diarrhea since 4 days. the number of passing stools has reduced to 1 time since yesterday however he is still doing loose stools alot even one time also. econorm sachet, O2 syrup and zinc syrup has been prescribed by doctor howevery baby seem very dull and weak. Is this concerning?
