my son is suffering from cold cough and runny nose can I gIve maxtra syrup IP(5MG+2MG)

A. hi, your baby is 11 months old now for cold give steam inhalation warm massage to chest and apply vicks baby vaporub on chest and give maxtra syrup 3.5 ml twice a day for 5 days
