my son is suffering badly with constipation since birth now he passes stools with lots of difficulty and few times I noticed blood around stool....please help he takes a proper diet still facing this issue...please help with some natural remedies to cure this issue...

A. Hello, common cause of blood in an infant’s stool is a slight anal tear (fissure) from baby straining with the passage of the stool- give soft fibrer rich food n plenty of fluids.
