My son is stool started with this course two days back and now it’s in yellow … after drinking breast milk his stool was in green and u stopped gave aptamil couloir has changed but still stool consistency not clear

A. dear mom. if yiur baby is active and taking feeds well than it is okay. or if he use to pass watery green stools woth foul smelling, than it is not normal and need evaluation.
