my son is so weak he eats only the things like roti rice .all fruits & everything but except all he seems very lean he is so active also but weight does not increase plz guide me to increase his weight

A. All kind of vegetables and pulses along that along with that you should give good amount of proteins having water your child is eating right now is just not enough proper other dairy products should also be given to the child
