my son is rubbing his left ear a lot, he is also making grunting sounds with stressing his facial muscles, I could small a slight smelly ear in his left ear evening. have put few drops of antibacterial anti fungal drops- FOROTO clotrimazole and lignocaine ear drops. he was also sneezing so have given 0.5 ml Dr Reddy's mucolite drops as well. please guide if I have to rush to nearby hospital now it any other remedies for this issue
