My son is repeatedly having fever from 99-101, I am providing him CALPOL 250 every 4-5 years. The fever gets down after medicine, but comes back again after 3-4 hrs. I have also given him Taxim O twice a day as suggested by a Dr. Now, what should I do now? The condition is stable but not completely fine.

I see the medicine is meant to be repeated every six hours second if the fever doesn’t subside within the time of three days totally that it’s not a normal fever so that has passed check with your doctor for further assistance or a blood test because this is not a normal fever it could be viral that is why this is the situation may be associated with any kind of fever associated with typhoid or any other so please see your doctor again
