my son is passing hard stools past 3 4 weeks. after 2 3 days it becomes normal but only once n then again the same problem...he also doesn't eat much...v try our best to make him have the cereals n nutritive food

A. provide hard stool in the baby it is advisable to give adequate water for the baby to drink please give some seasonal fruits back mango papaya to the baby .
