my son is only 5 month old so what to feed him?

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 1 m old boy3 years agoA. Hai good morning !! Until 5 completed months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested for babies.
From 6 month onwards start semi solids once a day and rest of the day milk .
Fruits and vegetables puriees ,mashes, cerelac, dal kichdi, oats, Dalia, sooji porridge/kheer avoid sugar, salt,oil while preparing baby foods.
