My son is one year old... he had fever for four days... we took blood tests and urine culture... everything came out to be normal... he started having blisters around his lips from the third day... now his gums are red, swollen and bleeding whenever he puts something in his mouth... is gum bleeding normal... ?? what can be done to heal his swollen and bleeding gums?

A. It needs to be checked if there are ulcer in mouth and start giving b complex syrup for 3 days to the baby and apply zytee mouth paint on ulcers take care
