my son is one month old. since yesterday his stools looks yellow greenish colour and he keeps on crying while passing gas.

As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, passing adequate urine, no blood or foul smell in the stools then it is alright. Check if your baby is taking only foremilk resulting in green stools. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
