My son is One month old, He has a little hardness around his nipples. Please suggest what to do?

A. Massage well and do hot compress little bit and press it if the milk comes out of that area then clean that every time when you massage because whether a boy child or have a little bit of milk kind of a secretion from their nipples so you can clean it when you are giving a massage
