Q.

my son is one and half month old. his haemoglobin is 8.9.he had prolonged jaundice levels of which are now witin range.please advise.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 45 days old and he was having a prolonged jaundice so it’s a haemolytic jaundice where rbc are broken and bilirubin is formed that is called jaundice So get his liver function test done

Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Give early morning exposure to sun light No need to worry It will correct soon

Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment For proper assessment And follow his advice Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
