Q.

my son is of 9 years old and on 22nd Jan he had high fever upto 104 given paracetamol. next day taken to Dr, Dr suggested dengue test and the report was negetive. blood sample also given for test on same day. and yesterday also. I have attached the two days reports. kindly tell me why the WBC count goes down.

A. Usha’s KY viral infections lead to low WBC count so talk to your Paediatrician once about it and get the reports checked and keep monitoring temperature of the baby and give fruits like Kiwi and give papaya leaf juice wheatgrass juice and more liquids should ge given

A. Low white blood cell count means having too few leukocytes circulating in the blood. A long-term low white blood cell count increases the risk of infections and may be caused by a number of different diseases and conditions u need to seek medical care if you have a low WBC count and have signs of an infection, such as a fever, swollennodes, sore throat
