Q.

My daughter is 3years old, She has a tendency of high fever and Dr. Rxed her Cleon and Ibugesic. Plain paracetamol doesn't work . In dengue fever Ibugesic can't be given, what's the alternative medicine can be used... kindly guide..

A. yes you had to use paracetamol for safety always even if the fever is not going down. do cold spongingthere are various reasons for the baby to have fever starting from infections like viral bacterial inflammations we had to treat with only paracetamol which is safe if the fever is more than 100 degre
