Q.

my son is of 6 months old. I want to start cerelac but some of pediatricians are suggesting not to use because of sugar content. can I use cerelac and if if can use what is the first and foremost type that I can use.

A. you can get apple and wheat flavour of cerelac or you can make cerelac at home as well.. videos are available on YouTube

A. See it has of course sugar into it in some or the other way sugar is involved into all the package package eating food so I also do not recommend you to go ahead with it because when you have an option of giving fresh food to the child why you have to go for packaged food and if you do what is still want to go for it and that is your choice that’s not a problem also
