my son is of 5years old ...from 1week he is getting sometimes one two drops mucus in potty but not any pain in belly...and sometimes little bit clean liquid coming out with gas while pooping...why is this happening?

A. In this here it is very hdifficult to cjomment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
