Q.

my son is of 3 yrs 6 months... he eats rice vegetables dhalia milk... properly but he does not chew all this food.. he just swallows them... his weight is only 12 kg n he is very thin... he is not gaining weight... is this because he doesn't chew his food...? his haemoglobin is 10 .. how to increase it? plz reply

A. hi, do give family food to him, give high protein n high energy dense food to him 3 to 4 times a day. also allow him to play outside to stimulate hunger

A. hi dear mom...give more of finger food this way baby will learn to chew food . use Babyhug high chair for proper meal time. avoid forcefeeding and let baby eat to his or her hunger..happy parenting
