the child should be given different flavours and recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amount.
you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving tt the weight of the child.

Hello If your child is so energetic that appetite must be good only because when a child requires a lot of energy they have very good appetite as well so that’s not the case with the child then you should consult a nutritionist and increase the amount of protein into your child’s daily diet
