Add one teaspoon spoon desi ghee (clarified butter) daily either in sabji or khichdi pr rice etc..
Add banana in diet chart.
Roasted makhana kheer is also very good option for weight gain (roast makhana and dry fruits, chana, sabudaana makhe powder in mixer then store it and serve with milk or water).
In winter besan, nariyan and dry fruits ladoo is very good option..that works for me.. sooji kheer, vegitable khichdi, give atleast two proper meal and 1 snacks time(seasonal fruits, ladoo, roasted makhana,chana etc)

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 2 m old boy8 months agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the child is active then is not a problem n make sure to give a well balanced food in the diet n will help in the growth of the child too
