my son is not ready to listen what i teach him, he is always hyper active and not interested in writing or any activity but before some months he was gud.. i d no How to manage this situation?

You do one thing you consult a paediatrician regarding Dad or rather I would say 1st to consult a child specialist and if they advised to further connect with a child psychologist kindly go for that as a psychologist and analyse the behaviour of the child and on that basis they can help you with what is loan and how do you need to deal with this behaviour
