Q.

My son is not keeping well from past 3 days he is having cold and cough. can you please suggest some medicine.

A. For cold you can give drops maxtra 5 ml to the child 2 times per day and try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal blockage and simple cough and cold t
