my son is not getting weight according to his age and always he feels pain in legs and he has 2.75 cylindrical number in both his eyes what should I give to him for eating for better health according to his growing age and according to is eyes concern

A. hi vitamin A and vitamin D rich diet should be given to your child so i advise to give green veggies , fresh fruits , nuts ,milk and milk based products more give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day.
