My son is more than 4 years old but he is not interested in having breakfast or anything other than nonveg food for dinner, and he is losing weight and not proper growth as per, totally he has lost his hunger for food

Cyproheptadine is an appetite-stimulant. It works by reducing the effect of a chemical messenger (serotonin) in the hypothalamus, a part of the brain which regulates appetite.
