my son is having waterily like motions from yesterday 10 times in yesterday and 7tyms today..he is in complete breast milk and cerelac (from 20days).. we consulted a peadiatrician and using sporlac from yesterday. .. but still he is having motions why?? what to do?? my peadiatrician said she will give antibiotic if motions continous after using spprlac for 2days? is it good to use antibiotic .. ? and my granys saying he is developing teeth so he is having motions is that true??
