My son is having super high fever since yesterday. 104- 103 is what he is having . Tell ways to bring down high fever and he doesn’t have any cold or cough just minor rashes on the body . What does it mean?

Hi.if you taken temperature correct method with thermometer it is less than 100 degrees F it's normal . otherwise give syp paracetamol 120 MG 4ml 6th hourly for 3 days, do tepid sponging, increase bf, keep checking temp 6 hourly. If no improvement Consult your pediatrician for trying to find out the cause of fever and get some tests done as needed
