my son is having stomach pain since 10 days. not often.. only 2 times in a day. it will go away within a minute. he is passing motion once in 3 days. so doctor told it is constipation. he is given laxative syrup. i have given him 2 dose but he didn't pass stool. he had enough of water and food. even doctor has given antibiotics also. is there any other issues?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 54 months old and he is having a constipation then stop his milk and bakery products and give him papya and apple crush and vegetables smash and oatmeal daily
