my son is having severe cough w8d vomiting and 102 fever...m.giving azithromycin n crocin...plz suggest

A. Mam I hope you’re giving medicine for cough under your doctors advice only because it’s a very heavy medicine to be given to the child and usually doctors don’t advise if you haven’t consulted the doctor yet please go ahead with it
