Q.

my son is having problem of constipation.he is very much scared of passing motions.please suggest to get away his fear.

A. Hello good morning !! Due to Hard stools (Constipation) less Bowel movements he might fear. Include fibre foods- Fruit and vegetables, Cereals, water, fluids rich in fibre increase bowel movements and avoid constipation. Do Tummy massage apply warm coconut oil or warm castor oil on baby's tummy and gently massage for 10 minutes in clockwise direction with fingers.

Q. #AskTheExpert Hello doctor, My son faces a lot of trouble everyday while passing the stool. he always tries to control it, when ever he gets the urge to get fresh. once he had a lot of trouble while passing the stool as he did not got fresh the earlier day. since that day he got scared of passing the stool. I have tried different home remedies to eas his pain and to make his stool soft. that I have achieved but still he is scared of pooping. How can I make him get over this fear of his. please suggest.
