my son is having high fever since day before yesterday night i am giving him p250 syrup , temp is getting lower then again in 2 hrs the temp is rising to 102 n his is not eating anything not even milk n he got mouth ulcers ( red dots all over his mouth ) is candid mouth paint safe to use ?

Dologel would be published as the one that you are willing to uses for oral thrush not for blisters so you can use this one and try to get more of liquid because it would be comfortable for your time to swallow as it’s very simple to have secondly start doing cold sponging that really helps a lot in reducing down the fever temperature still if you see it’s a rising continuously even after giving medicine in sponging when you need to consult with your doctor again
