my son is having heavy acidity issue...feeling like vomitting.. stomach is disturb and not eating anything.. please suggest

Its Either indigestion or Sam as other issues associated with the stomach of the child so I’m just going to advise you to get a check with your paediatrician they will see you do with the right medicine to be given to the child according to the situation to self medicate please consult your doctor
