My son is having fever of 103f.. We are giving him Meftal P every 6hrs since 2 days.. But the fever is still on soon after the medicine effects are gone.. No other symptoms.. He is 11 kgs.. Also started giving Augmenting Duo 6ml as prescribed.. And sponge bath.. Please suggest

A. if the problem persists better if you consult your doctor and get your baby evaluated 103 is very high fever which needs to be attended it's important to rule out any urinary tract infection
